Plants are living things! They change through their life cycle and may have imperfections such as minor, natural blemishes. These do not affect the plant’s health or ability to grow.
Shipping & Delivery
To ensure safety, plants are shipped bare-root (no pot/no soil). We dispatch every Monday via SingPost Tracked Mail. Expect your new plant friends in your letterbox within 2 working days.
Arrival Guarantee
While we don’t accept returns, we guarantee a healthy arrival. If there is damage, send a photo on the day of delivery. Please note: reports made after the delivery date cannot be covered.
