By ordering, you acknowledge and accept our shop policies

1. Plant Measurements – The size of each plant is specified in the product listing. Please review the measurements carefully, as some plants may appear smaller or larger than expected.

2. Shipping and Delivery – Plants are shipped bare-root (without pots or soil). Orders are dispatched once a week, every Monday afternoon via SingPost Tracked Mail and typically arrive in your letterbox within 2 working days. You will receive update of tracking number via email.

3. Photography – Please note that there may be slight color variations between the actual plant and the images shown, due to differences in device settings and lighting conditions.

4. Plant Characteristics – Plants may undergo their own transformation as they progress through different stages of their life cycle. It is also natural for plants to have minor imperfections or blemishes that does not affect their ability to root and grow.

5. Refunds – Returns are not accepted. However, we’re committed to ensuring your plant arrives healthy. If your plant arrives damaged or rotted: Take a photo as proof on the same day of arrival, we’ll contact you to arrange after-service assistance. Please note: Seller cannot be held responsible for issues reported after the delivery date, as verified by SingPost tracking.
